These are the best deal you can get for Shiritaki noodles. For less than $1 per pack at Superstore and less than 50 calories a pack. These noodles are great with Stir-Fry's, sauces, and a great way to fill up with fiber and curb those pasta cravings. Miracle food!

This is just great for all my pasta requirements. It has a great taste. I like the consistency of this, it's not runny like some of them and seems to have more body to it. I love making my lasagna and spaghetti with it. It's great for my cabbage rolls

This is tasty, tangy, and terrific. This particular one is the garlic and herbs which is definitely a keeper. I also buy other types of their sauces for which we have many uses.It's not a big can 680mi but well worth stocking up on for a great addition to a meal.

These noodles are a favourite of my children and I, although Hubby doesn't like them very much. we love to eat them cooked with a bit of Parmesan, with marinara sauce or even in a casserole. I like the versatility and flavour they provide to a quick and easy dinner.

I love all Giovanni Panzani pasta. I try to buy pasta from Italy whenever it's available since I prefer the texture as it's it's less glutenous. The quality is superior and requires less cooking time than non-Italian pasta.
