I am in love with these bars! So good and good for you. Lots of fiber and protein. Gluten Free also! I use them for an afternoon snack or for a quick breakfast. These keep me full for several hours and the taste is amazing! Real blueberries top these bars off!

The bar is expensive compare to other leading health bars. It has many added ingredients which are not natural ingredients. Lot of additives. The bars are good once in a while. People have suggested to heat it up for few seconds before eating and that makes it a bit more yummier.
