New-ish place in Pickering. Really good barbecue. I had the pulled pork tacos and they were so tasty. My only complaint is that some of the pork had a faint 'fire starter' taste to it, but otherwise was pretty yummy. Amazing fries - some of the best I've had in a long time...

Love Lonestar. The atmosphere is always fun. It's great being introduced to your server (that uses a southern nickname). The salsa and chips are great. The food portions are perfect. We never leave there hungry.

Usually excellent ribs are served here. A couple of times I was disappointed because they were dry and tasteless, not quite sure what happened - but this is not the norm. Good portions, decent price. A good place for date night or a friends night out. Recommended

I like this place. It has character and it's at the Forks, which is one of my favourite places to be on a summer evening if you're stuck in the city. A nice change from the more mainstream joints like Tony Roma's.

Located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx is a tiny place called The BBQ Pit. The ribs are fantastic. Everything else is ok. For the quality of the food, it is a bit overpriced.
