I really like Haps. Try the wings and beer combo while sitting out the back over looking the harbor just before sunset. A truly spiritual experience IMHO. I like variety of beer on tap and their really nice appetizers. The prices are very reasonable and the service is good.

Mediocre food, if that. My husband and I are use to Jacobs quality for our steakhouse dining, so this was really dissapoint inc, even at a low price point. Lobster tail was dry - looks like it had been cooked 8 hours prior.
