Work Canadian horrible people overpriced no skill

If I could give less than half a star I would. I came in To be told to get my roots coloured is some 75 dollars but then I have to pay 20 for the colour. Hmmm roots done with no colour? Pay some more for the colour- what a great business plan. Then I told the stylist I have a keratin treatment in my hair- she said they do that there. So I assumed she knew what products can and can't be used. Then she proceeded to tell me partial highlights are 150 but full is 200 hundred because she is already there so you get a discount? Oh yes and a blow out to even see what colour she put in is another 50 So then she offers me 5 highlights instead of at least 20 for 80 - so a rip off. Then She ups it to 10. I ask her just to do the roots and she says I have to pay for the colour she has already mixed. Then I ask her to just give me the colour and she says no. Then She tells me she is senior stylist who is paid as a minimum wage employee and she will get in Trouble for mixing the product. So I agree to 10 highlights at rip off prices. Every other AVESDA salon is running promos but no, not Raymond's. So I ask her to let me know the colour she is using for my highlights so I can go to a Reputable place and do my hair after I leave. She told me she won't tell me so I can only come here. I cannot have the colour she mixed nor am I allowed to know the colour she used - nice!!!! So I remove the foils and wash my hair with hand soap In the bathroom while I can hear her calling me unprofessional. I had a 300 keratin treatment and washed my hair with hand soap but that made no difference to her because she had no clue what that meant when I asked her if she had any shampoo for keratin treated hair. She then admitted she doesn't know what that is and they don't do it at the salon. I am sitting here with a. Cinnamon bun hoping my hair isn't burnt by bleach before I manage to get a professional to undo what she did. Sorry if the idea of a blond strip , much like a mohawk running down my entire head is not attractive. oh yeah when I told her to stop and forget it she ran to mix root colour so that I would have to pay for that too. We have all been hit hard by Covid but this is criminal - pay for colour but you cant have it and no you are not allowed to know what we are putting in your hair. After calling me names she offered to blow dry and wash my hair but that was because another client was mortified watching this. Save your time and money and stay away from Raymond's- there is a reason it is empty I should have known better. There are a lot of aveda salons - aveda does not equal rip off and lack of knowledge. My favourite had to be the picture I showed her to explain a beach wave blow out which she told me was not possible and the ladies natural hair- except that is how I always wear my hair - so yes, it is possible. Please see below - little clumps of bleach in my hair and it feels like straw and I jus to eft this godforsaken place.
