I love chapters! It was my sons first Easter this year and I got him 7 board books (ordered them all online for roughly $44.99) they shipped within 3 days I was so pleased! I personally prefer going in store but with a baby, online shopping is easier especially if they tend to get fussy after awhile! Overall I am super satisfied and I will continue to buy in store and order online again!!

I love Chapters! Either in store or online. Any book I want they have. And online makes it easier if they are out of stock and don't want to wait for it to come it. I always always purchased all books at chapters. Love how they have a childrens section too. So when I go with my daughters they like going in there and picking out their own books. I have bought my oldest daughter her ipod shuffle online for her birthday. Where some stores didn't have them or certain colors chapters had all the colors online and for cheap prices. I love chapters it the best place to purchase books or many of other things.

I buy a lot of items online. The chapters website is always great and ships really quickly. I've never had any issues to date and I've always had free shipping. Can't ask for more..... well maybe some free books ;)

Since my closest Chapters bookstore is an hour away I always love to use their online shop. The prices are great and with the free shipping you're paying just as much as you would if you went in store. But getting the luxury of getting your stuff delivered to your door. They always have great sales and lots of different ways to pay including Interac which only a few places accept online. The free shipping usually only takes 4-7 days for my deliveries. But it might be varying on where you live. They are the best site for books, DVDs and CDs to me!
