At first I was hesitant to order glasses online as I wouldn't be able to try them on, but the staff at clearly contacts are very helpful!
As I was afraid, the first pair I ordered weren't quite "me", but that wasn't a problem because this site also has an amazing return policy!
I picked out a new frame and within days they were delivered.

I "liked" their fan page on facebook last year and was pleasantly surprised about a month later. These lovely people had a promotion going on that first time customers got their first pair of glasses free with a special coupon code. Skeptical? YES.. But if anyone knows me, I can't turn down a good deal OR a freebie!

I found a pair of frames that I loved and hit the checkout. I added a few extras to the lenses (that cost me a bit more) BUT my total price was $23.00! How freakin fantastic is that? They were shipped quickly and I was overly impressed with the quality, feel, and look of the frames.

ClearlyContacts almost always has some kind of promotion going on, and even without one, their prices are far more affordable than other optical dispensers.

I was pretty nervous about ordering a pair of glasses online but was surprising pleased. I wasn't sure about what "pl" meant on my prescription and called in for some assistance. I had a very friendly customer service representative who was extremely helpful. I would definitely order another pair in the future. Amazing!!!! I have ordered three times from this website and I LOVE it!! I've got all my co-workers addicted too. FOr those of you that require glasses you MUST check this out. If you become friends with them on Facebook they send out promo codes for FREE glasses and trust me, THEY WORK!!!!

I use Clearly Contacts to order my contact lenses all the time. The price is cheaper and you get your contacts in the mail in a few days. Only had one problem with them when my lenses were out of stock and it took 3 weeks to get them. They always give you a free contact lens case with your order too. I recommend to anyone.

This company sells contact lenses and glasses. They offer so many different styles and brands, and they have fantastic customer service (if you call them!)

For contacts, they have well-known brands such as: Acuvue, Bausch & Lomb, etc. Clearly Contacts also offer a wide range of lengths for contact wear (1 day to 1 month) and colour lenses.

As for glasses (which is what I ordered), they offer hundreds of frames, including big brands such as Coach, Christian Dior, Burberry, etc. I personally purchased a pair of Fendi glasses. These frames are 100 percent authentic (they come with their original glasses case and everything), as with anything else in their store. So you don't have to worry about this being a "scam".

The best part though is definitely the price they give you and the numerous deals they have on their products! Normally, I would have to pay at LEAST $300 for a no-name pair of frames and "ultra-thin" lenses (because I have a high prescription). At Clearly Contacts, I bought my entire glasses (Fendi, ultra-thin, and all) for $200!

... That saved me over $100 for something better!

They have a 30 day return system and they pay for the postal service for you to ship the glasses back (opened contact lenses cannot be shipped back though). Also, they have a "don't pay till you receive your items" policy, so you can pay after you receive your order, and if you don't like it, send it back! :)


Honestly though, there are some downfalls for something so good, so here you go:

Cons of Clearly Contacts

- If you're buying glasses, you can't try the glasses out (it's an online store, they don't have actual stores that you can walk in to). However, there is the option of their virtual mirror which allows you to upload a picture and put various frames on yourself.

- They take FOREVER to make high prescription glasses. Literally forever. They say 10 days, but it usually ends up to being a month due to the fact that the lenses keep failing their quality check.

- Their email update is slow and usually does not notify you of what's actually going on. The "track your order" system on their website is just as useless as their emails. CALL THEM! Their customer service employees are very nice and friendly, and they will give you in-depth information about what is going on with your order!

I love the convenience of ordering my contacts online and having them delivered to my door. There is a 're-fill' option on the website that is great. I did have one negative experience with the online ordering about 2 years ago. I ordered a set of contacts (same prescription and brand as I always order) and was sent an email telling me that part of my order was not in stock but they had ordered it from the supplier and it would be sent in a few days. A week went by and I had heard nothing further about the order so I sent an email. No response for over a week. I called customer service and was told they had just ordered the contacts from the supplier - more than 2 weeks after my initial order. I waited another week before calling again only to be told that they had no idea when my order would be filled. I ended up getting my contacts from my optometrist and forgot about the Clearly Contacts order. About 3 weeks later I received a package from Clearly Contacts with my order and a note apologizing for the delay and an offer to cover the cost of the order. Nice, I thought. So a few months later I did order from Clearly Contacts again and my order was filled with no problem, as all of my orders since have been. Perhaps this was just a glitch with their supplier but I did find that the customer service lacking when I called. In the end, they did redeem themselves so I would recommend Clearly Contacts.
