Fun, arty salon that keeps me coming back

Flaxon Ptootch is hard to miss on Kentish Town high street with it's fun graffiti art covering the building. They have a gender neutral price list, so everyone is judged on their hair length alone.
Conrad is the master colourist, he can do everything from natural colour to perk up your hair or all our creative colour which he does with precision! Michael is the loud but fun master cutter and he's always having a laugh with the customers.
This isn't a fancy, reserved place it's a fun, loud, salon and art gallery with interesting artwork on the walls that changes monthly and there's almost always something cool and modern blaring over the sound system. After looking at some equally talented colourist and hairdressers around london, their prices are very reasonable particularly on colour.
I highly recommend this place, the only reason I've not given it a full 5 stars for ambience and service is because it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's definitely 5 stars to me!
