I was so excited when my local Forever 21 store opened because I had purchased some great pieces at amazing prices at stores in other cities. I was surprised at how large the store was and am happy that there is so much selection!

On the other side, sometimes the large amount of clothing can be overwhelming - especially if you don't have a lot of time to find what you are looking for. I also find it can be extremly disorganized at times and the staff at my local store are not very friendly.

As for the quality of the clothing, it's super hit and miss. I have purchased denim that's lasted 2 years, while other items fall apart after only a few wears. You get what you pay for.

J'aime bien ce magasin ,il y a différents trucs et plusieurs styles différents.Par contre,deux choses me déplaisent vraiment et me décourage d'acheter quelque chose : le service à la clientèle et l'état du magasin.Tout est toujours en bordel dans la magasin ,les vêtements sont placés partout et il y en a souvent par terre... visuellement ce n'est pas du tout vendeur.

Pretty affordable. Sometimes the sale would be bogo free on items that are already on sale. Difficult to find items. Some sections are always a mess. I've always had to approach staff for help.

I have watched some horror stories about management at this place, but for me personally, I never experienced a bad vibe-- maybe ones where they were too distracted to help me but no one was ever rude to me directly. I love the prices. I don't think my clothes shrink, but they do lose that initial bounce. This is a plus or a negative. Great, because you want different styles for cheap prices, negative because if you want lasting power- you probably won't get it. Overall, I like shopping there. I just wish it was maybe easier to find what you are looking for. You have to digging.

OMG! one of my favorite stores. If you're looking for something simple like basic white tees and undershirts for a low price, then this is your store. The only thing I would stay clear of are there jeans. The jeans are sold for like $10 but they don't even last 10 days. They are not good quality. The price might get you but it might make sense to really think if you will get your moneys worth from the product. Overall a very trendy store

To be honest, I don't really like going into Forever21 stores. I find that there is way too many things to look at, and can be quite overwhelming. I do, however really enjoy shopping on their online store. It's a lot easier to browse and find what I am looking for. It's also ideal how you can filter by new arrivals.

I like to call Forever 21... Rags R Us.
It can be very hit or miss. But... they do have some trendy articles from time to time.
The thing I love about Forever 21 is that the clothes are fairly inexpensive and unique.
I like to try out clothes that I wouldn't normally wear. This store allows me to be
experimental without the major expense.

Not a huge fan of the stores due to how huge they are and you end up wanting to try on 20+ clothing items. Some clothes are cheaply made. But otherwise the clothes fit great, and their online shopping is spectacular which is what I use 90% of the time I shop there because my province doesn't have one.
