Hated how they don`t return online orders in-store!

The clothing is very overpriced and the quality is not that great! The customer service is horrible because they don`t allow you to return online bought items in-store! They barely have anything good on sale and the stores are highly unorganized as well as the employees! H&M;really needs to step up their game!
