I have been wearing glasses since I was 13, so I've had may way around shopping for glasses.

LensCrafters is often considered expensive, and it can seem that way, but you get what you pay for.

Designer brands, both in sunglasses and in regular eye glasses, great selection both in price and brand, exceptional service and best of all 1 hour service.

I arrived in the store at about 5:30, I was greeted and told about the deals, which ALWAYS happens. They ALWAYS approach, but it's not over bearing. This particular visit was 30% off frames and lenses.

Within 15 min, I had found two pairs I really liked, but had no second opinion. The sales associate helped me narrow down my choices and suggested some pairs that I may also like. I picked one of my original pairs and then we sat down to make the purchase. That took all of 15 min.

I have bought from there before so my info was still in the system, which saved me time. My CAA membership was also still in there and I received yet another discount. Also a great perk here, if there are no sales (which like, never happens) if you have CAA, you save.

My total would have been $476 and with the store special and my CAA, it came to 297 including taxes.

You could go to Hakim or Pearle Vision and save $100 right off the bat, but the service here is FAR superior.

The sales associate made conversation with me, complimented my choice, measured my eyes to ensure fit, and then told me to come back in 1 hour for pick up.

I shopped for about half an hour and then headed back, and they were done already! (quiet night?)

Another sales associate sat down with me and fitted the glasses ensuring there was no pinching and that they were balanced. That took all of 5 min.

Then, I was outta there!

LensCrafters provides eye exams, I've never had one and have on site optometrists. They have lots of specials and often, you rarely pay full price, the staff are friendly and want to help. They have a 90 day return policy so if you change your mind, you can pick something else.
