I placed an order over the phone today with pizza hut for delivery. First of all I waited 15 mins on hold to even speak to anyone then I let them know I had coupons in my mailbox that stated you could use them for pick up OR delivery and they told me there is no such coupons and would not accept them. It wasnt that big of a deal so I wasnt to worried till they said my food would be here in half an hour. I then waited a full hour and it had yet to show up so I called in just to check on my order. After being on hold again they really said to me that I never placed an order. I was like what do you mean I never placed an order. I just called an hour ago gave you all my information and now your telling me that you lost my order. The manager then got on the phone and was very rude telling me that I had never called and that no one there took my order. I ended up calling freemans pizza which has amazing customer service and great food. Never again will I get food from pizza hut I dont know how that even makes sense that they lost an order there was only 2 people working cash and all of there orders go on there computer so it litterly makes no sense. So frustrating.

Pizza Hut has the best sauce in the world ,it has so much flavor ,they had the freshest ingredients and the crust is amazing ,they had a lot of varieties and prices were great ,there used to be one in my home town but it closed
