No returns even with gift receipt

Tried to return a Christmas gift with the gift receipt. Was told I couldn't because it didn't have tags on. They were removed before giving it to me. I was told that I could get something in store for the same price. When I asked if I could get store credit I was told no. What is the difference between store credit to use later or exchanging it for something different today? The gift receipt did not say must have tags attached. Very poor customer service!!!!

My favourite store to buy work clothes but also casual clothing to wear during the weekend and formal wear for events. Their prices are pretty good considering the quality.

It's a nice store with lots of classic pieces with great quality. The staff are usually friendly and attentive. However I usually wait for their sales as the prices can be a bit steep.

RW & CO. is a great store. They have great clothing quality and accessories. I always find something I like in this store. However, I must say that they are a bit pricey. Therefore, I usually shop in the sale section.

I've always had an exceptional time shopping at RW & Co. The staff is so friendly, the size selection is good and their sales - oh their sales!! Wait for the 40% - 50% off sale days and hit the clearance racks. The discounts are beyond belief! I've converted my husband over too - and now all his work wardrobe comes from this lovely store. Huge thumbs up.

This is a great place to get workwear (for 20 and 30 somethings mostly).

I have always loved this store, great selection and most importantly for me great quality of clothing.

This has always been one of my favorite stores! Since the day that I switched from a young lady to an adult I have found what I needed at this store. Their sale and clearance racks are always full of great deals and I almost always walk out with something nice. I continue to find nice little dresses for any occassion and a good portion of my work clothes also come from this store. Their regular prices are a bit high for my liking but as I mentioned, their clearance racks can't be beat. The clothes are made really well and tend to last better than those of some of the cheaper stores.

This store is quickly becoming one of my absolute favorites! When I was a student I used to pass it by thinking it was too stuffy, but now that I've turned into a working girl, I don't complete a mall shopping trip without stopping in!
The clothes are well made and although regular price is still a bit out of my budget, they have tons of sales on so I can always find something.
One of the greatest things about this store is that their dresses fit me without having to go through alterations! And with the variety of styles they have, I'm thinking that my next few dresses whether casual or more cocktail party appropriate will come from there.

My favorite purchase from there was my new "mature" fall coat. A beautiful black long-ish belted wool coat with an off-center zipper. No alterations needed, sleeves fit perfectly and it's super versatile, can be worn to work with a classic skirt and heels and just as easily with jeans and all-star sneakers on the weekends. I've gotten tons of compliments on it in the last few weeks - and if you think that almost everyone has a black wool coat, that says a lot!

I love all the clothes in that store. Their regular price items are a bit expensive but they do usually have good deals and some of their sales are fantastic. I bought a cocktail dress there for a X'mas party (at full price, treat for myself) and I absolutely loved it. The dress, like many of their clothing, is pretty, classy and fun! This is no doubt one of the best clothing store out there!!
