The Samosa Hut is a new Indian/Sri Lankan fusion restaurant in Ajax that needs to be visited. The food is amazing. They have a variet of different samosas, all with a flaky, addictive crust. My favourite is the traditional potato and vegetable. They also have mutton, butter chicken (this is so divine), caramalized onions, beef, spinach and pakora... It goes on, haven't worked my way through the menu yet... ;)

In addition to the samosas, they offer many home styled dishes which are amazing. Catering available. Extremely reasonably priced. No in restaurant dining, although there is a table outside you can sit at. I always get mine to go.
