I love going into Simons !I always come out with something new and that is quality without spending an arm and a leg. I just bought my winter jacket there over the weekend and it is so nice and comfy and most important of all it is WARM ! looks like the north face jacket I wanted just without the price tag.

I live in Quebec and I often shop at Simons. It's one of my favorite store. They have a lot of choices and it's not too expensive.

We have a store in Edmonton, Alberta. This store has a huge inventory and the prices are really good. Now you can find high end things at high end prices but for the most part this is an amazing store with good customer service and regular sales and clearances

Simons has stores within Quebec and may enter the Ontario market soon, there are always rumours. I shop via their online service, which as I understand it, offers less than their instore selection but is still has good options. They do carry high end designer fashion, which I do not purchase, but also a wide range of lower cost house brands. Twik is one I am very fond of, low cost knits, for the most part. Recently Simons upped their minimum order for free shipping to $100 from $50 but they do offer flat rate shipping for $5 under $100. They do use Canada Post and appear to pack orders two days a week only so orders are not necessarily expedited. They offer hassle free no questions asked returns. Any time i've ever dealt with the customer service dept, either via the phone or their online chat they have been nothing but kind, efficient and resolved issues easily. They're prompt with information about stock, even refunding my money when a package was clearly taken during the delivery process and didn't end up at my location.

If or when they do come to Ontario I will be a frequent shopper.
