Always great customer service and great quality of shoes and selection

This company had the Uggs we wanted in the right size on Dec 21. We ordered them, even though they were 25% higher than Nordstoms etc. They had a price match guarantee and I subsequently sent in two. Every store I found had them at $160. Nordstroms etc. The softmoc company wrote me back and said if I could not prove the pricematch company was selling authentic Uggs they couldn't match the price. OK fine, I was paying a higher price but my daaughter would be happy on Christmas day. The price was up to about 220.00 now because I requested 1-2 days shipping. Then I get several letters from them saying they could not get here for 10 days but they still intended to charge me for express shipping because I had paid for it. When I informed them I would be taking them to an Ugg store to have the authenticity checked they stopped the shipment. So over a week later, my daughter has no present of Uggs and some very rude and dishonorable people marred my Christmas

I went shopping for a pair of comfortable flats for the summer and I had my heart set on a pair of Skechers. I found them at various stores but SoftMoc had the best price. I don't normally shop there because I find their shoes expensive and it's not always trendy. However, they sell comfortable, practical and high quality shoes which was what I was looking for this time.

I found the sale staff to be helpful and friendly. While I was trying on my shoes, there was an old lady next to me who was also looking for a pair of comfortable flats. The sales person must've brought her all the shoes in the store and he patiently explained to her the best qualities of each shoe. I don't know if he made the sale in the end but I was very very impressed with his service.

SoftMoc carried the Skecher flats I was looking for but unfortunately, they didn't have the brown in my size. SoftMoc offers an ordering service where I can get the shoes I want and then have them directly sent to my house!! I didn't know they did that. The best thing about this service is that if the shoes don't fit or damaged or I simply changed my mind when they arrive, I can always bring them back to SoftMoc for refund/exchange within 14 days.

While you won't find Hip n' Trendy in this store, you'll not be disappointed in the comfort of their shoes or the quality of service from their staff.
