Walked out and I NEVER do that

This restaurant in Aylmer, QC had literally the WORST service I had ever received and that's saying a lot. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and no one ever came to offer us menus or water. We decided to move to a table that appeared to be in a busier area. Waited another 10 minutes but received menus/water. Waited another 15 minutes and the server never returned. He continually walked by us, but made no eye contact. I've never experienced this before. Unacceptable.
