I got stuck with the rudest and most unprofessional stylists you can imagine. I went in for a color and cut and the lady who did my color left it on for over 30 mins and actually left the salon. What kind of unprofessional person leaves a client like that in the chair? afterwards my color turned out much darker than what I wanted she said she couldnt do anything about it it had already been colored I would just have to wait it out.

to keep it simple, the cut and color was beyond average, the color was all wrong for me and she refused to admit her mistake, the customer service was so bad Im completely turned off from this salon for any other future services in aesthetics. and the ridiculous bill they hand you afterwards will just make you laugh. its really sad that in toronto there are people calling themselves stylists and colorists and doing half assed jobs and charging ridiculous amounts for it, this is just robbing people. there needs to be some system were they list exactly how much they will be charging you instead of just making up a random bill at the end and giving some excuse to over charge you. Pathetic excuse for a salon, rude stylists, rude receptionist, bad work, dont waste your time or money! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone unless you like getting treated badly.
