Blendable but very pigmented! Stays on all day and you don't even need to use primer if you don't want because of how pigmented it is! It has every colour of the rainbow and is very cheap which would be perfect for beggingers! I suggest a blending brush although :)
I really love NYX eyeshadow palettes. For the most part they are super pigmented and inexpensive. These palettes are great. They perform well and I like that there's a multitude of finishes to take you from day to night...easy peasy! Highly recommend.
