I absolutely love this Tylenol for relieving my sinus pain. It seems to target this specific type of inflammation somehow. I take it at the first sign of sinus infection happening, and it's never disappointed me so far.

As a rule, I don't think Tylenol touches my pain. However, my doc told me to lay off the ibuprofen so I thought I'd give Tylenol another shot. Meh. I mean, I guess it does something but is not nearly as effective as my beloved ibuprofen.
