From the second I saw this I knew I had to order it, I love cooking and do so on a daily basis. I'm constantly chopping and slicing things and I find using this to chop directly into the pot or pan is far more convenient than taking out a chopping board and chopping everything into piles on the counter.

This is extremely sharp and was great for chopping everything from carrots to lettuce and I would simply wipe clean and put away. This also has a lock at the end of the handle to keep the blade closed against the flat bottom portion, very safe and secure. I purchased this at a discount but is regularly priced $23.59 and I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quicker more efficient tool to help prepare meals.
