Great in theory

We really wanted to like this, it’s a great premise. However, we tried bouncing it off of brick walls, concrete walls, concrete floors, cement patios and sidewalks, and unfortunately there wasn’t enough bounce. It works fine as a frisbee, but we were expecting a bounce and not just to hit something, tiny rebound then fall. (Disclosure: received item for free as part of promotion)

If you have no fragile items in your home…

Spinmaster Toys and Butterly sent these Aerobie Bounce Discs to review. This is a throwing toy with rubber edges so that it can bounce. It is marketed as a toy for indoor play but the kiddo found them a bit lackluster and commented they might be better for outdoors - but since we have 50cm of snow outside that won’t be happening any time soon. Kiddo was entertained for a little while but unless you have a house full of non-breakable items, I would suggest taking a pass on these.

Cool "frisbee" Fun for kids!

My kids were given the opportunity to test out the new Aerobie Bounce Disc in exchange for an honest review. They are 8 and 5 year old active boys. When they opened and saw the "frisbee" they were super excited! They are familiar with Aerobie and have a few of their disc frisbees in different colours and they love those. This bounce disc is very colourful and fun. The disc itself is fairly heavy in weight surprisingly. I read the instructions and then explained to the kids how to use it. You have to hold the disc facing down at an angle and then bounce it and it SHOULD then bounce and it off the ground/wall. It sometimes worked, but more times than not it didn't. We had a difficult time with it and the kids started throwing it around like a frisbee. They still had a great time with it as kids, but as an adult not sure if it's worth it. Better than a frisbee !

Received the Spin Master Aerobie Bounce Disc free in exchange for an honest review.
The purpose of this is to throw, bounce and catch this disc. Meant for outdoor play, however we received this in the winter with no where to test it out except indoors with not much space to throw. It is very durable, and made well. It is nice and lightweight and easy to hold and throw and the colors are nice and vibrant and easy to see when being thrown. Can’t wait for the kids to enjoy playing with this bounce disc in the summer time!!
