Cold and flu season always hits our house hard. Being a mum of 2 young children and working with a vulnerable population always puts us more at risk of getting sick.
I was excited to try the AOR Cold and Flu, not only is it Canadian, but also vegan, non GMO, and gluten free.
The tablets claim to reduce the severity of cold and flu symptoms and to support immune functions using her lab ingredients like zinc and copper.
The dose is 1 capsule 3x a day.
The free to me product, gifted by Butterly arrived at the perfect time, the day I opened the box I felt a cold coming on. My sore throat and stuffy nose quickly turned into a nasty head cold.
I found AOR Cold and Flue eased my usual sick symptoms, and helped me recover quickly. A week later, and I still have a bit of the sniffles, but feel much better. The pills were easy to swallow, but I did find it slightly annoying to take them 3 times a day.
I didn’t experience any negative side effects.
I am excited to continue to take them, while not sick to see how they continue to help boost my immune system.

No time for a cold

I was gifted the AOR Cold and Flu by @thisisbutterly and @aorhealth. I have a very busy schedule on most days and don't have time to get sick or mend a cold. I took this for over a week during the craziest winter weather to help boost my immune system and help prevent me getting a cold or the flu. Even when I thought I might get sick, I woke up feeling better and still healthy. I love that it has natural ingredients. 😍 And its made in Canada!

Didn’t Work for Me

I was excited to try this since we have been sick constantly in the house since my daughter started daycare. Unfortunately, I did not see any difference in either my flu symptoms or cold prevention with this supplement. I’m also not a fan of how often the supplement needs to be taken - three times a day with meals and several hours before or after other supplements. That being said, the product is odourless and tasteless, and easy to digest.

Works great!!

This product worked great for me. I felt like I was coming down with a cold so I started taking it. Within a few days I was already starting to feel better. Even when I don’t have a cold this product helps to keep me feeling good. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great even as a Preventative

These natural pills were taken as a source of immune booster to ensure no cold or flue occur. I was feeling tired and felt like I was coming down with a cold or flue. Took these for a week and I find it really helped!
