While I don't have any major health problems, it provides support for healthy glucose metabolism, blood sugar levels, and a healthy insulin response. I feel a a little bit better after taking it. I felt a bit less tired after eating a carb heavy meal. The capsule is a reasonable size and easy to swallow.

A Supplement Worth the Investment

I’ve been a consumer of this brand for years already as I trust the science and rigorous lab testing that goes behind their supplements (and as a Pharmacist this is very important to me). The GlucoSupport capsules are a really beneficial supplement to help aid in managing proper glucose control & insulin response after a carbohydrate-rich meal, especially in people who are borderline diabetic. The non-medicinal ingredients are very few and that’s also a plus point.
I noticed no side effects or any aftertaste from the capsules. I think this is very unique and helpful supplement developed by AOR!

Easy to take

I have never tried anything like this before and I’m glad that this product exists. I took it with me on vacation and I noticed a difference between the days i took one pill before eating a big meal and the days I didn’t. Very convenient to have.

Unfortunately this product made me feel quite sick to my stomach and didn’t have the effect of balancing my blood sugar levels. I didn’t notice a difference while using the product.

A small capsule to tackle heavy carbs

I received AOR GlucoSupport for free to try. I like that it comes in a practical capsule format making it easy to keep up with taking it daily.
The mulberry leaf extract supports my healthy glucose metabolism. It does have some science behind it, which I appreciate, but from what I read, the research is still fairly limited.
I also tested my glucose meter after eating the same high-carb foods with and without taking it, and I honestly didn’t notice a huge difference in my readings, but I opted to keep using it as it also doesn't seem to have negative effect.
Overall, it feels like a straightforward supplement that fits easily into a daily routine, even if the results weren’t dramatic for me.
