Being able to breathe is awesome

I tried out the N-A-C supplement from AOR for 7 days to see if it could make a difference in my life. I had always thought my congested was sinuses related, but some of the symptoms it described like being tired or congested and chest tightness intrigued me. This company is 100% Canadian which is also awesome. After just 7 days I noticed I had more energy in the mornings and throughout the day, I could chase my 3 year old around without becoming easily winded and the tightness in my chest lessened. It was really great to be able to breath easier at night and when I was being more active in my play with the little. It's definitely something I will talk to my doctor about continuing to take.

Breathe better with N-A-C

I have struggled since childhood with wheezing and coughing, and yes I use prescription puffers when it is really bad. However, my doctor noticed a pattern that my symptoms were always worse in the winter, constant bouts of bronchitis and that awful choking feeling, especially when I would lay down to sleep. He recommended I boost my immune system. After much research, I discovered N-acetyl-l-cysteine, or N-A-C, which is supposed to help relive chronic bronchitis symptoms, amongst other benefits. I have been trying N-A-C for months and this winter I don’t have the severe choking from thick phlegm in the night, my coughing is less aggressive. I will always keep my puffers handy, but overall I am sure N-A-C has boosted my lung health and has definitely reduced flare-ups from chronic bronchitis. My trial for this AOR brand of N-A-C has been three weeks, but to be clear, I was trying other brands previous to this experiment with AOR. I find the AOR capsule easy to swallow, no odour or after taste and gluten free plus non-GMO. If you are like me, coughing, wheezing, short of breath, choking on phlegm, maybe you would benefit from this once a day supplement?
