I have four grandchildren that live with me. I have tried the Aura Cacia Calming Baby lotion on my granddaughter and grandson after a bath and it helps them sleep. I gently massage it on their feet and body and ouila! they are ready to sleep soundly. What I like is that it works and it's all natural. I think it works better than some big brand names! This is a definate one to buy! I definatey recommend it!
