I love bailey's for the simple fact it can be enjoyed many ways other then as an alcoholic beverage. Yes I love a good bailey's on the rocks, but it's great as a syrup on ice cream, or as an added ingredient for baking certain desserts. I also love it to give my morning coffee a little bit of a kick.

I really enjoy Baileys Irish Cream. It has a really smooth taste. I am the kind of person who doesn't like the taste of alcohol but I find this very enjoyable.
