I love Baileys! Nothing shouts breezy cottage morning by the lake then a coffee with a hint of Baileys! I love it in combination with other liquors as well, but by far, my favourite drink recipe for Baileys is called the Cafettini!

2 shots of baileys
1 shot of espresso
over ice in a martini shaker - shake well
pour out into a martini cup

I shouldn't say this, but I loved Bailey's in high school. OAC year we perfected Rock Lobsters and B52's with Baileys. Those are still some of my favourite shots. I think this is why Bailey's is so great - it is fantastic to have as a staple for fun mixes. This is my SIL's signature drink - and she always offers it at coffee hour instead of cream. I love this. Baileys is smooth, creamy, and delicious.

This is my go to drink; I love it served on the rocks (over ice). Also great in coffee, tea, mixed with chocolate milk, in desserts, or over ice-cream! The smooth taste is just great!
