Okay

BeRegular™ isn’t bad, but it didn’t exactly wow me either. I like that it only has two ingredients and no weird flavours or textures—it really does dissolve easily, which is a plus. The fact that it’s unflavoured makes it easy to mix into anything, though it can make drinks taste a bit chalky if you notice textures easily.
As for results, it sort of worked? I noticed a small improvement in regularity after a week or so, but nothing dramatic. On the bright side, no bloating or gas like some fibre supplements cause. Still, for the price and the hype, I was expecting more noticeable effects.
Overall, BeRegular does what it says… just not impressively. It’s fine, not fantastic—one of those products you might keep using if you don’t mind spending a bit extra for “just okay” results.

Was Ok

This fibre was good mixed with juice. My kids and I did not like it mixed with water. We found it gritty and it had a weird flavor inspite of being flavorless. With juice my kids didn't notice it. I would still recommend especially if you have kids who do not eat fruits and vegetables like my daughter. Both my kids found that it did help them which is why I would recommend it. Just for sure mix it with a smoothie or juice.

Been using for just over a week now

My two kids really struggle with getting any fiber intake there very picky eating and constantly are complaining about tummy troubles.

I introducted this into there juices every evening ! My daughteri have seen a huge improvement with her bowels in the last week. Alone and the constant my tummy hurts have seem to minimize.

My little guy on the other hand still likes to complain at bed time of a tummy ache but we can also see a different in his bowl movements!
