My New Daily Gut Reset

I’ve been taking BioTeem 40 as part of my daily routine for the past few weeks. I started with one full scoop so at first I found it a bit hard on my stomach but read the usage instructions and it recommended half a scoop for the first few days so I dropped it down to half a scoop and that made a huge difference! Moved back up to a full scoop easily at the end of the first week taking it.
