They suggest that you gargle with this mouthwash but I like to brush my teeth with it, that way your teeth are so clean and healthy. Biotene is quite pricey at around $11.00 per 473ml bottle. It is well worth the extra expense, as it appears to protect your teeth and gums from infections and decay.
