Will buy again

The red curry kit is amazing! Very simple to use. The red curry paste is cooked in a little oil, then a pouch of coconut milk and dried spices are added to the paste to make a beautiful red curry sauce. The only annoying bit was having to fish out/strain off the pieces of key lime leaf.... still even so I give it 5 out of 5 because it was just that delicious!! I added sliced chicken to the sauce and served over rice.
