Thanks to @butterly I was able to test Blue lizards Australian mineral sunscreen for sensitive skin for FREE in exchange for my honest opinion.

This sunscreen recieved best of beauty for allure in 2022. I was pretty pumped to try out a product that was recognized by allure. It is also oxybenzone and octinoxate free to support the reefs. This sensitive sunscreen offers 50spf, uva/uvb protection, and is water resistant!

I wasn't sure what to expect texture wise  or how it would feel on my skin particularly my face. This sunscreen applied very well. It absorbed nicely, there was no sticky feeling, and it is super light on the skin. I liked that it didn't leave that white cast alot of sunscreens leave behind. My only quam is the smell. It honestly smells a bit like crayons.

All in all, despite the crayon smell, I felt that all the pros outweighed the smell that faded rather quickly.

Dewy, Moisturizing Suncreen

The texture of the cream is lovely and it has a natural, dewy finish on the skin and the white caste disappears a few minutes after application. And it’s water resistant for 80minutes!
Highly recommend!

A must for sensitive skin

As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, finding a sunscreen that's water-resistant but non-irritating at the same time can be a real challenge. I'm thrilled to have finally found it!

Blue Lizard is one of the most popular sunscreen brands. They send over their 50 Spf sunscreen which is amazing if you have sensitive skin. This sunscreen has zero white cast and is a mineral sunscreen so it will not irritate your eyes. It is a water resistant formula for those pool and beach days!

Effective and natural

I got the chance to review the blue lizard Australian sunscreen in 50 spf. This mineral sunscreen is safe for sensitive skin while still offering uva and uvb protection. This sunscreen is reef safe so it’s good for us and the reef, this makes me so happy! This sunscreen is water resistant for 80 minutes. I found that this sunscreen applys nicely, and doesn’t leave a greasy film of a white cast. I was able to easily reapply as needed throughout the day. Definitely a fan of this mineral sunscreen, and will be picking up more when I run out. #gotitfree

Perfect for dry skin

I absolutely love this sunscreen because it's very hydrating and I personally like mineral sunscreen to use and this one is perfect for dry sensitive skin because this mineral formula uses Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide to protect your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays without the use of potentially irritating chemical active ingredients. This is my definitely go to sunscreen for coming vacation.

Innovative and effective

As a direct offspring from parents from Scotland, well.. let's just say I am predispositioned to have incredibly sensitive and finicky skin. Even though it's still early in the year, we've had a little bit of sun and so far so good! Definitely seems trustworthy and reliable

Love this mineral sunscreen

One of my favourite mineral sunscreens to have on hand. It provides head-to-toe sun protection against UVA/UVB rays. It has water and sweat resistant up to 80 minutes. To help protect delicate coral reefs, it contains no oxybenzone or octinoxate. There is no fragrances or parabens making it ideal for sensitive skin. And a really cool feature is that the cap changes color in UV light!

Hey, just tried out Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen's Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen with SPF 50+ for the first time, and I'm impressed! It feels light on my skin and gives me peace of mind knowing I'm protected from the sun's harmful rays. Plus, it stayed put even when I was sweating. Definitely a new favorite in my sunscreen collection!

Nice sunscreen but leaves white cast

I heard a lot of good things about Blue Lizard, which won an allure award in 2022, so I was happy to try it. It’s a lightweight, moisturizing mineral sunscreen made. Mineral sunscreens usually leave a white residue, but this one was hard to rub in. It took me five minutes to make it blend, and it still left a bad white cast. But the good thing is, it’s definitely waterproof.
