Great Sunscreen!

I’m really impressed with the Blue Lizard Mineral Sunscreen Sensitive SPF 50! It goes on white at first, but quickly turns clear after the rubbing. I love that it’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin and safe for my children too. No irritation, no greasy feel, and no white cast once it's absorbed. It’s fragrance-free and water-resistant, which makes it perfect for our busy outdoor days. A new must-have for our family!

Don't Get Burnt

Suntan lotion is a very personal preference as per the brand and cream texture. Some prefer thicker formulas while others prefer more liquid-y. I'm more of an in-between girl. The texture of the Blue Lizard is perfect for an easy application. It absorbs into the skin quickly, with no oily or stickiness. Because additional applications are only necessary after 80 minutes, a little goes a long way.

I got to try this amazing sunscreen from Blue Lizard for the second time, and I'm truly impressed with this effective and gentle sunscreen. I have sensitive skin and most of sunscreens cause me to breakout, I prefer meniral sunscreen and this one did a great job protecting my skin without irritating it.

Great for Sensitive Skin!

I’ve been wanting to try this brand for so long! so happy I’ve finally got a chance to test this out! I love it! Unlike some other mineral sunscreens I’ve tried, this applies well, has great coverage and even leaves a nice glow. I like that I can feel confident wearing this sunblock know that it won’t irritate my sensitive skin.

Sun protection for sensitive skin

For someone who wears sunscreen all the time because of my fair skin, I really loved this Blue Lizard Sensitive 50 mineral sunscreen.

Not only is it great for all skin types, but it also provides broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection. It's also reef friendly, with no oxybenzone or octinoxate. It was absorbed into my skin quickly without leaving a cast behind. It also didn't have a strong scent which is something I appreciate.

If you're planning to spend time outside in the sun this summer, be sure to apply Blue Lizard sunscreen - it'll keep you safe from the sun while also being good to your skin.

Lasting sunscreen for sensitive skin

I was pleased with how this product blended into my skin and kept me protected from the sun for several hours. I have mildly sensitive skin, and this didn't cause any redness or breakouts. I would definitely purchase again.

Protection from a trusted brand

I first tried Blue Lizard with my then-infant after seeing how highly rated it was by other parents, and I'm so happy I've gotten to try it for myself too. It's an Australian sunscreen and Australia rightfully takes its sun protection very seriously, and also takes much better care for reef-friendly ingredients too, both of which are just as important to me.

My family has a history of eczema and my face has a tendency to have oily but flaky skin, so the sensitive formula is the one we will be using just for peace of mind. None of us have had any negative effects. The sunscreen is slightly viscous but smooth, and once applied and thoroughly rubbed in, it dries clear with a very slight gloss. Water beads up and rolls right off of areas that have sunscreen, and SPF-50 gives us a bit more time between applications. With little ones, having a bit of extra time between applications means they get to enjoy some more sun without needing to be chased down for reapplication.

The packaging is super cool. I discovered this by accident initially, but the cap changes colour! The cap is clear in the shade or indoors away from sun, but once exposed to UV rays, it turns blue! I think this is an amazing reminder and warning of when UV rays are present and it serves as a visual reminder that you'll need sunscreen wherever you and your sunscreen bottle are.

Great for sensitive skin!

Sunscreen is a must in my skincare routine so I was excited to use this seeing that it’s been reformulated. I’ve used the original formula as well so I had hoped there would be no white cast as that was a major problem I had with the previous formula. Unfortunately there is still some white cast with this formula. And take a bit of time to really rub in and absorb. If you wear this under foundation you shouldn’t have a problem. But in terms of ingredients it’s great and I feel it provides full coverage.

This sunscreen works really well for sensitive skin. It doesn’t have any harsh chemicals or strong smells. It uses natural mineral ingredients like zinc oxide to block the sun. The SPF 50 gives strong protection, and it’s great for daily use. It might leave a little white cast at first, but it goes away after rubbing it in.
