Lightweight and easily absorbs

I received this free as a product test from Butterly.
I have very fair skin, so always need a high SPF sunscreen, year round. It's difficult for me to find one that doesn't leave a white powdery residue, but this one absorbs completely, and I didn't feel it at all on my skin.

Light weight not greasy sunscreen

I used this sunscreen for the first time, it was easy to blend and did not leave white cast. I also love the smart cap which is an instant reminder to reapply when in outdoor. I did not have any breakouts.

The texture is lightweight and non-greasy, which makes it perfect for layering under makeup or wearing on its own. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a heavy residue or a sticky feeling on the skin. It’s fragrance-free, which I appreciate for my sensitive skin.
It has a light, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. This sunscreen offers great protection—I didn’t experience any sunburns or irritation while using it, even after spending a few hours outdoors. It’s also water-resistant, which is a big plus if you’re sweating or near water.

Sun safe sunscreen

I received the sunscreen lotion. I love blue lizard sunscreen! I use it for myself and also for my kids. It is mineral sunscreen so it does not absorb into the skin which makes it much safer than chemical sunscreen. Goes on smooth and does not irritate the skin. This is one of my go-to sunscreens!

Gentle and Effective Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin

I absolutely loved trying the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 Lotion. It’s lightweight, easy to apply, and didn’t leave a white cast on my skin. Most importantly, it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all , even after long sun exposure. I used it during a sunny day out with my daughter, and neither of us got burned. The fact that it's reef-safe and fragrance-free is a huge plus. I definitely feel confident and protected using this sunscreen, and I’ll be purchasing it again!

I will continue to buy this product!

I have been using Blue Lizard for years. It is the only zinc sunscreen that is able to rub in and protects my skin without any harsh chemicals. The product lasts a long time, I usually buy two-three bottles a year and am always wearing sunscreen!

Didn’t work good for my skin

I really wanted to like this product as I’ve heard really good things about Blue Lizard brand, but this particular lotion didn’t work good for my skin.

First of, the consistency was fairly thick and greasy , it took a lot of time to absorb and still left my skin sticky and unbearable.
Secondly, It also left a white cast that did eventually goes away , but it took time.
Not great under makeup again for the reasons above.
Thirdly, Within few days use my skin started to breakout and become irritated.
I stopped using it immediately.

Overall it felt more like an old school chemical sun screen rather than innovative mineral sunscreen. I didn’t like this product a bit .
I will definitely not recommend for someone with sensitive skin or oily skin that is prone to breakouts.
