Blue Lizard Sunscreen

I was given the opportunity to test and review #bluelizardsunscreen for free, courtesy of #butterly.Although I admit to not always wearing sunscreen, I am now more likely to use it after discovering this product. My skin tends to be sensitive when I use certain products but this mineral sunscreen doesn't contain two common irritants, parabens and fragrances, making it a great choice for sensitive skin. This product left my skin looking a bit dewy and my face had a bit of a shine after applying it, but since I do have very dry skin , I didn't mind having the look of added moisture. It goes on thick at first but blends in easily.I would recommend this sunscreen to anyone with dry, sensitive skin but maybe not if your skin is prone to oilyness and acne as it might make your skin more oily. #bluelizardsunscreen #butterly

Thick and protective

Scent free, super thick mineral sunscreen that really protects. Yes, you have to rub it in really well. However, it is so worth it. I slather myself in this sunscreen for the Half Corked Marathon in Osoyoos. It got up to 31 Celsius that day and my poor skin felt so hot. Imagine my delight when I discover I'm only slightly pink after my extended period of time in peak sun hours. Cannot recommend this product enough.

Great sunscreen for sensitive skin

I got this amazing sunscreen while I was on vacation in Europe. When I came back home, I started using it for almost 10 days to truly give my honest opinion. To my surprise, it didn’t irritate my skin — something that usually happens with other sunscreens.

At first, it feels a bit thick, but once you massage it well, it really sinks into the skin. I spend about two hours outdoors every day since I’m an Educator, and this has been my go-to sunscreen.

I received this product as a gift, and I’m more than happy to share with the world that it’s a great option for sensitive skin like mine.

Sunscreen that slays

We really liked the sunscreen. I def liked the fact that it was a mineral sunscreen so I know it’s not harmful for the kids skin. It wasn’t overly greasy and the consistency wasn’t too thick either it was easily applied and worked really well for my son who has sensitive skin. It did leave a white cast but once we blended that in we were good to go. Tested and recommended

Great Coverage

I've used this sunscreen a couple times now and I really love the coverage and protection you get from it. I've applied it just before going outside and I didn't find it greasy or hard to apply. It leaves my skin soft and dewy. You can see exactly where you put it and if you've missed any spots. Definitely would recommend this to my friends and family.

Perfect for Canadian Summers

I had very high hopes for this sunscreen, being that it is an Australian sunscreen and they know a thing or two about high quality sunscreen! I love that it is SPF50, which leaves me feeling confident that my skin is as protected as possible. I found it applied easily and the thicker texture absorbed easily into my skin without drips.

This product claims that it is safe on sensitive skin and free from fragrances.

In my experience, it did not irritate my skin that isn't that sensitive and did not irritate my sinuses because of fragrance.

I did find that there is a blue tint in the sunscreen. It took me a bit to work it into my skin for protection and not look like a ghost. It was not greasy feeling or heavy feeling in my skin. I was happy to read and see it is a mineral sunscreen that is reef ecosystem safe. Amazed it is an Australian product. Will likely purchase this in the future for my sun protection needs.

Absorbs quickly with no residue.

I've found this sunscreen to be perfect for my sensitive skin. It's water-resistant, gentle, and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue. I've worn it under makeup and during outdoor activities with no issues. Highly recommend for those with sensitive skin or anyone looking for reliable sun protection.

White residue

It was sticky going on, and left a white residue after applying no matter how much i tried to rub it in, i could not get it to absorb. The sent was ok, but def won't be buying.
