Its smells amazing. The mineral makes it look so pretty on your skin. Cant wait to show it to ny niece. She's gonna love the color and that there is a lizard on it.

Good skin protection without greasy feeling

Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion is amazing protection against harmful UV rays. It is a mineral sunscreen based on  Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. It is specifically designed for sensitive skin and considering how much time I spend outside, this lotion is such a treat. It is infused with soothing Aloe Vera and free from parabens and phthalates. This sunscreen is easy to apply, it comes in thick and white color but becomes transparent once you rub it over. The skin looks great, smooth and comfortable, without any residue. And most importantly my skin is protected. I like it is designed to be water resistant, so taking it to the lake and beach is a must.  At the end of the day my skin feels great, not redness, burns or irritated. Now, it is time to enjoy the activities outside, I think we are well equipped for that!

Great Feel non sticky

I was using this sunscreen for a bit after recieving it by Butterly to give an honest review. I found it to apply smooth and blended well it did not have a sticky residue like others and I could use it on my face and it did not cause any irritation. I was very happy with there being no smell and forgot I was wearing sunblock. I used Blue Lizard on my grandkids at the ballgames and they had no irritation, we will definitely be buying the Blue Lizard products.

Works Wonderful love it !!!!

I’m a daily outdoor walker with sensitive, acne-prone skin. I have been applying this lotion for the past 3 weeks and i just love how it feels on my irritated skin with no white cast and no irritation, I love the texture with lightweight formula amazing, I am already half way through and definitely gonna buy soon. thank you Butterly for gifting me this amazing product.

Feels heavy on my skin.

I received this product for free in exchange of my review from Butterly Canada. I had high hopes from the product, but its not for me. It feels heavy on my skin and leaves a white layer when applied. Leavs my skin feeling oily than usual as well.

I am happy with this product!

I am happy with my experience using Blue Lizard Mineral Sunscreen for sensitive skin. As someone who suffers from eczema and keratosis pilaris, my skin can be very sensitive. This sunscreen provided sun protection without any fragrences or harsh chemicals, leaving my skin happy and protected on my daily walks! It goes on easily, absorbs well and doesnt leave the white cast that some other sunscreens leave behind. I will continue to use this sunscreen!

Great sunscreen

Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen spf 50 has a new look and formula now with aloe vera. I’ve tried the previous formula and feel this is an improvement. It’s less runny and absorbs better with barely noticeable white cast. This sunscreen helped prevent my skin from getting sunburns. The cap changes color to let you know how strong the UV rays are and as a reminder to reapply.

Smooth and Effective!

I really enjoy this sunscreen! I has very little scent, melts nicely on your skin, doesn't leave you feeling greasy, and my husband appreciated that it doesn't get all bunched up in his body hair. It does leave a slight white cast if you lay it on heavy. We tested it on our face as well and are happy to report that after long wear neither of us experience teary or stinging eyes! The bottle is really cool too as the cap goes from clear to blue when exposed to enough UV, and this acts as your indicator to put some on! The only thing I'm not 100% on board with are the ingredients. I try and avoid Aluminum Salts and Butyloctyl Salicylate, but in small doses the risks are pretty mild.

Balanced with Pros and Cons

If you've got sensitive skin and need serious sun protection, this is a solid winner. But like most mineral sunscreens, expect a white cast. It's not the worst I've seen, while it eventually fades somewhat, it won't disappear completely. Great for beach days or extended outdoor activities where strong protection is paramount.

I’ve been using the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50, and it’s honestly been a great addition to our summer routine.
As someone with sensitive skin, I love that it’s a 100% mineral sunscreen — no harsh chemical filters, just Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide that feel gentle and soothing on my skin.

It doesn’t leave that tight or dry feeling some sunscreens do — instead, it goes on smoothly and feels comfortable all day. The fact that it’s made with aloe vera and fragrance-free is a huge plus!

I even use it on my daughter when she’s playing outside or chasing dragonflies in our backyard 🐞☀️ — I feel safe knowing it’s hypoallergenic and water-resistant up to 80 minutes.

Plus, it’s reef-safe and made without oxybenzone or octinoxate, which makes me feel even better about using it. Totally a go-to for our sunny days this season! 💙
