Sunscreen review

I like how thick it is but it takes a long time to absorb into my skin. So it leaves a white cast and that I do not like. Otherwise I rate it a 3/5. Thank you for this product!

Zero irritation and zero white cast!

This is a mineral sunscreen that goes on white and that turns clear after being massaged onto skin.

This uses organic aloe to soothe skin. This is made without Oxybenzone and Octinoxate, and it is fragrance-free. This not only goes clear, it leaves skin moisturized and glowy. It feels very comfortable on my skin, as if I'm not wearing anything.

This offers UVA/UVB Broad spectrum spf.
This is water resistant for up to 80 minutes

High quality sunscreen

This is a great quality product. It absorbs quickly, and my skin wasn’t too shiny afterward. It has no noticeable odor. Be careful not to use too much, or you’ll look like a ghost for a little while. The protection it offers is excellent — I spent the whole day gardening and didn’t get a single sunburn.

Gentle Protection That Actually Works!

I really loved the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50! It’s super gentle and didn’t irritate my skin at all. I also love that it’s fragrance-free and made for sensitive skin. It goes on a bit thick, but it feels light once it sinks in, and the white cast fades pretty quickly. It gave me great sun protection and didn’t feel greasy — definitely a new favourite!

Good coverage and long lasting

So the blue lizard brand is a newer one to me - as a mama with a child that has very sensitive skin - prone to rashes, hives & dry patches, blue lizard was recommended to by another mama!

So I gave them a go - my first thoughts about the brand is that the packaging is super easy to spot ( it stands out the colour and logo on the bottle ) second the ingredients list is clean & easy to read - love that it has aloe in the sunscreen it’s self as it makes for a soothing feeling when applied.

The sunscreen was a good smooth texture, with natural scent. It “sinks into the skin nicely” without leaving a sticky gross oily feeling - my child was happy that the product did not make them feel greasy / slimy.

Let’s just say that the blue lizard Spf sunscreen has been a great add to our summer fun in the sun - from the beach to the hikes we found that the spf was long lasting, protected my child skin from the sun very well & would most definitely be a brand that I will continue to grab for any family outing - and for new mamas baby shower / as a gift to go with a child summer birthday gift.

Highly recommend this brand of Spf for the sensitive skin mamas out there!

Great for sensitive skin

I received the Blue Lizard Sensitive  Mineral SPF50 Sunscreen for free in change of my honest review. It is a solid sunscreen as it is quite difficult to wash off immediately after applying it. My skin tone is neutral with a bit of yellow. It is a mineral sunscreen so it did leave a little white cast on my skin. As you know, all mineral sunscreens do this, so it's extremely normal. I love its texture as it is super smooth to rub in. Not to mention that it is designed for sensitive skin! Thanks again.

Great Sunscreen!

Loving this sunscreen and it’s SPF 50 which is all I will use so I really like it, it doesn’t go on greasy and absorbed quickly and seems to last longer than other brands of sunscreen too. I got this product free to try in exchange for a review.

Smooth and Not Greasy

Smooth to apply, a cream base. Not greasy and lasts for a while, only had to reapply once. Easy to find in store, and a similar cost for same items. Will be switching to this brad for the whole family!

Mineral based

Blue Lizard is gentle, non-irritating, and leaves no white cast. Safe for both me and my baby. It’s mineral-based and effective. Highly recommend for sensitive skin.
