Strong enough for Hawaiian heat

In Hawaii you need to use ocean friendly sunscreen! This was ocean friendly and it worked great for the hot heat that Hawaii has! If you burn east this is for you!

Held up and performed

Promotional: I was sent Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen to try this year. As someone who routinely uses an expensive mineral brand due to skin sensitivity, I was wary this may not live up to my expectations but I can say after the first use, I'm impressed. It goes on like a paste but rubs in well (see my arm after gently applying) and I can confirm no reaction and no sunburn. I will be trying again this weekend and will post another update after several uses. Difficult to shoot this as a video because, well--- golf!

Great sunscreen

I found that I needed a little bit which came handy & soaked nicely without feeling greasy!! It worked for a longtime too!! Great coverage!! Works on all skin types!!

Good sunsreen

I had to test this sunscreen, which I had received for free via Butterly. First of all, the finish on the skin is really nice, no too strong smell either, just something soft and subtle. It also resists pool water well. Perfect for the climate here and skin that is delicate. It is quickly absorbed by the skin, which is perfect just before swimming

Sensitive Skin Sunscreen

This Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen has a very faint, neutral scent. At first touch this lotion feels thick but spreads easily and absorbs quickly into the skin. I applied this lotion before gardening outside and when I came inside my skin still felt moisturized. I like that it doesn't contain harsh chemicals that would irritate my sensitive skin and it contains aloe vera which leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I received this product free.

Sensitive Skin winner

Blue Lizard has been the first sunscreen to not break out my son or myself. It’s easy to apply, doesn’t feel greasy or leave a film on the skin or clothing. It has a nice smell and no white cast leftover.

Goes on thick

Initially it had a strong smell, very unpleasant. It is a cream and goes on thick, it takes time to soak in. While I didn't get time to wear it outside due to cloudy weather, it did leave my skin soft. I wouldn't buy it for myself.

Blue Lizard left me blue

I received Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion for free from Butterly in exchange for an honest review.
I really wanted this to be a great product, but it was not. The product didn't apply well, the texture was very runny. It left me and a friend with a blueish white cast. Her skin is lighter, mine is darker.
When applying I noticed that there was no scent and after beong on awhile it didn't irritate my skin. Although those are great benefits I would not purchase this product.
