Great for kids and adults with sensitive skin!

My kids and I have been using the Blue Lizard Sensitive Sunscreen for the past few days and loving it so far. It is a little thick yet easy to spread/blend and works well with my kids' sensitive skin. No rashes or anything. It doesn't leave white cast which is great. Highly recommended!

Excellent for the entire family!

I appreciate the easy applicator of this product, it's easy to squeeze out, especially for those who suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome in the hands. This product has a light scent and absorbs easily. It is easily to apply and easy to apply on the little ones in my family as well so I would say it's good for all! Great Formula

Absolutely love the formula! It blends into my skin perfectly and quickly. It wears well under makeup and doesn’t leave a white cast. The fragrance is minimal for a sunscreen. I felt very protected wearing this on my skin.. Would definitely purchase in the future. The price is very fair for such a high quality sunscreen.

Great outdoor activities and sensitive skin

Being Australian I do find that sunscreens formulated for Australian sun tends to work a bit better so I was excited to try this new formulation of a sunscreen I already loved.

The new Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen is formulated with aloe which helps to soothe the skin. As with most zinc based mineral sunscreen it does take a little bit of rubbing to get it rubbed across your skin and it does leave a very slight white cast on the skin which might not work for darker skin tones. Once rubbed in it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky.
Being water resistant for 80 mins means its great for summer activities from jumping in the lakes to doing a sweaty hike in the sun. Its also a great size for throwing in the backpack and small enough that it meets carry on liquid requirements.
Overall this is a great sunscreen for long lasting sun protection especially for those with sensitive skin or for having fun in the sun.

I received the BLUE LIZARD MINERAL SUNSCREEN SENSITIVE SPF 50 for free in exchange for my honest review, and after using it consistently for a few weeks, I can say it’s a solid choice for those looking for effective sun protection, especially if you have sensitive skin.

One of the biggest highlights for me is the gentle formula. It’s free from fragrances, parabens, and other potential irritants, which is incredibly important for my reactive skin. I didn’t experience any stinging, breakouts, or redness, which I sometimes get from chemical sunscreens. It truly lives up to the “sensitive” label.

In terms of sun protection, it performs very well. I used it during sunny hikes and outdoor activities, and I never burned – not even a little pinkness. The SPF 50 broad-spectrum coverage gave me confidence that my skin was well-shielded from both UVA and UVB rays.

Now for a couple of things to keep in mind: this is a mineral sunscreen, so the texture is thicker than a chemical sunscreen. It takes some effort to rub in completely, and it does leave a noticeable white cast, especially if you have a medium to deeper skin tone. I found that warming it up between my hands before applying helped, but it still takes patience. For that reason, I’d recommend it more for casual outdoor use rather than under makeup or for events where appearance is a concern.

Another thing I appreciated is that it’s water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, making it a good option for pool days or sweating in the sun. It stays put and doesn’t run into the eyes, which is a big win in my book.

Overall, this is a trustworthy and skin-friendly sunscreen that I feel good about putting on my skin. It’s not the most cosmetically elegant product out there, but the trade-off is worth it if you’re prioritizing safety, simplicity, and effective sun protection. I’ll definitely keep using it, especially for outdoor activities when I want a dependable, non-irritating sunscreen.

Great summer sun block

Perfect for summer days and not sticky at all and I had no issue with applying them without any skin issue. Only thing to note is to reapply as frequent as possible for optimal result! Scent is pretty unnoticeable so for those who is sensitive to smell should be okay.
