Good quality

If you’re looking for a good quality sunscreen that has more SPF. I love how easily the sunscreen rubs into your skin without leaving a white overcast. Has a very nice pleasant smell also water resistant. Not too glossy.

I was not a fan

I was not a fan of this product. The cream was not a pleasant smell and it was quite strong. Once on and used / absorbed it was okay. It left a thick wierd layer on my skin that not even soap could get off my hands. The water basically turned to droplets on my hands cause of the oil layer it created.. I had to scrub just to get the feeling off hours later. I will not lie I will give it 2 stars cause it does its job. And it is amazing.. Effective but leaves a white cast.

I have a warm medium skin tone and it's been a challenge finding sunscreens that don't leave a white residue on application. I had hopes for this, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me.

Pros:
✓Not too heavy, or oily - therefore doesn't feel too greasy on your skin
✓Easy application
✓Suitable for sensitive skin - speaking as someone who is acne prone, has combination skin, and dark spots.
✓Fragrance free

Cons:
✖️ Paste like texture - it is thick & not fluid smooth like other products (not sure if it's due to "minerals")
✖️ Leaves a white residue - I hate getting a "white-washed" effect and no amount of foundation could fix it. The worst part? It stays on for hours.. which might be good if that means the sunscreen protects for long? Not sure..

Overall, while I'm sure it's effective, it might be better suited to light skin (pale) tones maybe. If you're heavy on the melanin, I wouldn't recommend this. Sorry.

Mineral based spf for all skin types!

A wonderful spf that’s safe for both adults and children! Love that it’s non greasy and that it’s gentle on the skin. It does take a little while to rub into the skin however when you rub long enough you won’t see any white cast!

I l ok be this mineral sunscreen

What I love most about it is that it feels safe and gentle. I have pretty sensitive skin, and a lot of sunscreens either make me break out or feel itchy, but this one doesn’t. It’s fragrance-free, and there are no chemical filters — just zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, so I don’t have to worry about weird reactions or irritation.

Fun in the sun

Great for sensitive skin!
I have very sensitive skin and this sunscreen has been a lifesaver. The Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF 50 goes on smoothly, doesn’t sting, and doesn’t cause any breakouts or irritation. I love that it’s fragrance-free, paraben-free, and hypoallergenic.

It provides excellent sun protection, and the fact that it’s water-resistant for up to 80 minutes makes it perfect for beach days or outdoor activities. I also really appreciate that it’s reef-friendly and made without harsh chemical filters.

Highly recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin looking for a gentle but effective sunscreen!

Great sunscreen for sensitive skin!

I have sensitive skin so I love the new Blue Lizard sunscreen. It has UVA/UVB protection and SPF 50 which provides great protection for my skin from the sun. It also contains soothing organic aloe so it leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. I also love that it is water resistant so it is great for those pool or beach days. I would recommend this sunscreen if you are looking for great protection for your sensitive skin.

Mineral based paraben/fragrance free spf

I received this item in exchange for my honest opinion. This is a great sunscreen option since it is mineral based, paraben and fragrance-free and uses Zinc oxide and Titanium dioxide which are important factors for me since I am careful about what I put on my skin and have mild fragrance sensitivities. I like that it's long lasting and sweat/water resistant. I found it went kn thickly and smoothly leaving a temporary white residue but I would gladly take that over any potentially harmful chemicals found in many sunscreen lotions. I would recommend this product.
