Great sunscreen

Love this sunscreen! It goes on white but then once you rub it in it soaks right into the skin leaving no whiteness. It does leave the skin looking oily but it’s not greasy feeling. No fragrance. Great for sensitive skin. Helps protect you from the harmful uv rays.

This sunscreen is my go-to poolside sidekick for the summer months. I am impressed at how easily it blends into the skin and doesn’t leave a white film. There is a slight smell that is not overpowering. The sunscreen works for all my family members even my hubby who has sensitivities to most skin products. Love the feature of the colouring changing cap in relation to UV exposure as it serves as a reminder on the importance of sunscreen and reapplication even on a cloudy day!

It left a white cast

I tried out Blue Lizard Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50, gentle on sensitive skin with soothing ingredients. It left a noticeable white cast and didn’t dry clear on my deeper skin tone
I appreciate that it’s fragrance free, water resistant, and labeled reef friendly.

Great for Sensitive Skin, But Leaves a White Cast

I tried this product and I love that it’s gentle. I checked the ingredient list is quite clean, fragrance-free, and free from parabens or chemical filters, making it a strong choice for those with sensitive skin. It gives great sun protection, but the texture feels a bit heavy and leaves a white cast on my skin. I still use it for outdoor days, though I wish it blended in a little better.

My baby loved it

My baby’s first summer is now protected. She has a very sensitive skin and she easily gets eczema so I was worried about finding a good sunscreen for her but rest assured this sunscreen was not only easy to apply but it suited my baby’s skin perfectly.

Tad greasy looking but otherwise great

I’ll start off with saying I absolutely love that this is spf 50 because sun protection is so important. I would say my skin is light medium and I found this left a tiny bit of white cast on my skin and it got butter after it was absorbed but for an everyday wear, I would prefer if it had a tint to help eliminate the white cast. It is scent free which is great but I felt like my skin looked a bit greasy after applying but it didn’t feel greasy which is why I only took 1 star off. Compared to other sunscreens I’ve used I think this is great and is definitely worth trying out. I’m new to blue lizard but I think I’m now converted. Thanks to butterly for letting my try this out for the review.

Goes on great…

This is a really nice sunscreen, not too thick, goes on very well, soaks into the skin easily and doesn’t feel greasy. Has no smell, and is great for sensitive skin. It kept me protected all day…

Gentle on my sensitive skin! Lightweight!

I like how lightweight this product is and not greasy-feeling like most sunscreens, it goes ot a little thick at first like any other sunscreens but once it's rubbed into the skin it absorbs right away and leaves your skin feeling like there's nothing there, I also appreciate how the sunscreen smell is very mild as opposed to most others. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for my acne prone skin🫶🏻

First thing i love about it is that it is mineral sunscreen, which is suitable for all skin types. Secondly it has aloe in it which hydrates my skin and gives me dewy looking skin. Blue lizard provides broad spectrum UVA/UBV sun protection as it has 50 SPF. It is also water resistant which i feel confident going into pool. When first apply it gives white cast but do not worry rub it in few times and its gives hydrated skin with dewy finish.
I am combination skin girl, and my T-zone does not get oily after application that is a plus point for me..!!!
It does not feel tacky or oily onto my skin.
