Perfect size for a 2 lb veal round, placed right in the center and easy to use handles on the side to move it around the grill for different heat levels.

Two for one!
I love that this product is a two for one deal! If you flip it one way you can make ribs and then the other way a roast. Admittedly I don’t make these items often therefore I will be putting this to the full test this summer. I also appreciate that it fits on my smaller bbq.

Great product
This Reversible Rib and roast rack was amazing. I didn't even know such thing existed! I used it for ribs and it worked so well. I can't wait to use it for a roast next! I did find that the black coating has come off in a few different places after washing it.
