Don't really understand this product

This product retails for $70 at Sephora and I managed to find it for $20 at Marshall's so that was crazy. I am an avid fan of all bumble & bumble products and I currently use all hair products from their lines (unless I was given products for free to try). This product is supposed to help prevent hair loss but so far I am not seeing a dramatic difference. I've tried using it both on damp and dry hair and still not much of a difference. It also has a more manly scent ... unlike their other sprays like the invisible spray I use every day.
