A few people I nannied for had these for their kids, but they weren't used much. It was good when the babies were learning to sit up, but due to the size and the fast growing nature of children, there's only a small window of time when the kid can actually use it. Plus it restricts the movement so it makes it difficult for them to get toys that are just a tad out of arm's reach.

This is good only for a short time. baby grows out of it too fast. i really was not impressed. waste of my money.

I did like this seat but for the price its not worth it for how quickly baby outgrows it. If you are a first time parent and expect to have more children or friends to pass it down to it would be a good investment. Otherwise don't bother.

I had read so many good things about this seat I was thrilled to get one for my baby shower. HOWEVER my excitement was short lived when after only 2 weeks of use (once my daughter was old enough to sit in it) her legs did not fit in the tiny openings of the seat. If By some miracle I managed to put her little legs in.... we were face with another challenge.... PUT THE TRAY ON! You have to tilt the seat back and squeeze the bottom of the seat under the tray... it was a nightmare! Hpwever I hward they came out woth a clear tray that is much easier to use... but I still don't recommend the seat if your baby doesn't have stick figure legs.

This is definitely one of the best buys I had made for my baby! Even though this item is a bit pricy, it is very worth it. I recommend this product to every new parents out there! I used mine until my baby was 1 and a little beyond.

I had been told this was a "must get" but I am glad I decided to buy it second hand as it was NOT worth the money. My son is on the big side, and by the time he was able to use the seat he was too big for it!

We have the exact same one. Bumbo didnt do miracles for us. She never really liked to sit down and as soon as she got more mobile she just wouldnt sit still. And she had chubby thighs, i couldnt see bumbo to be comfortable either.

Ya, not a big fan of Bumbo and happy that i got it second hand other that spending money on item that was used few times. My daughter was and still is super active and she just didnt like bumbo and her chubby thighs also didnt like Bumbo too much :))

But again, i know a lot of moms that really loved it and were happy having it.

I got it in gift for my first baby and used it maybe 5 to 6 times... It was not very confortable for my kids they cried alot when they were seatted on it. It was far from the ground that they could not reach their toys... they lacked liberty of mouvement... But to keep them seated it was great!

I absolutely love the jumbo chair. I have used it for 4 out of my 5 kids. Only because they didn't have it for my oldest daughter. I love this for four months and up for baby to try and help transition to the sitting up stage. I also use it while feeding baby food also. But never leave your baby unsupervised while in use. Baby can easily tip over.
