Good Chocolate Ice Cream

I am not always the biggest fan of chocolate ice cream but this Chocolate Eclipse Gelato from Chapman's really did the trick. It was not overly sweet or too bitter. I love that it had a nice chocolate flavor. This really helped with my sweet craving. The ice cream is creamy, smooth and flavorful. The disappointment I felt was that this tastes like regular chocolate ice cream and not a gelato. The price is quite steep but every so often it goes on sale.

Chapman's icecream is a reliable brand that I have come to know and trust. It's one of the brands we purchase most frequently in this house since they have an assortment of frozen desserts in array of different flavors. Chocolate Eclipse Gelato is a creamy and tasty icecream but nothing spectacular. It's your basic, average, every day Chocolate icecream. I personally like it but for someone that is looking for a better quality Chapman's icecream or something a little more flavorful I definitely recommend Chapman's Premium.

I love Chapman's Chocolate Eclipse gelato. It's very chocolatey and creamy and doesn't taste as sweet as ice cream, of any brand. That could be my imagination though since I'm in love with it. It's too easy to indulge in this treat. It doesn't ever last long in our house ;O)
