I always keep this on hand just in case, nothing worse than a kid in pain! It doesn't taste as horrible as I remember oral suspensions tasting when I was a kid either so that's a plus.

Much better than Tylenol. Fast relief from fever and relives pain. No dyes which is great. And tastes good.
