This perfume is sweet but in a really light airy way, not heavy or overly dessert like. It has a nice, soft musk to it. I reach for it during the day or when I want something simple and easy, just a few sprays on my wrists and neck and sometimes layered with another scent. Warm, fuzzy, musk and amber notes. Sweet like sugar. Reminds me of cotton candy and marshmallows. Summer! A little goes a long way, so this bottle will last you quite a while. If you love sweet fragrances this is a must check out.

Sweet but make it airy

As a busy 40ish mom, I need a perfume that feels pretty and put together without being too much, and Clean Reserve Sugar Coated really surprised me. It has this soft sugary scent that sits close to the skin and feels airy instead of heavy. On me, it smells warm, sweet, and clean with a little brightness that makes it feel more grown up than a typical sugary perfume.

I love that I can wear it for school drop off, errands, and everyday mom life without feeling overwhelmed. My one con is that it wears a little soft, so I do wish it lasted longer on really busy days. Still, if you like sweet scents that feel light and effortless, this one is really lovely.

The perfect amount of sweetness

I didn’t expect this to smell the way it does, but it’s really pretty on the skin. The opening has that sugary sweetness right away, but it’s not heavy or syrupy. It actually feels light and almost airy, like a soft sugary glow rather than straight candy.

As it settles, I start to notice the orange blossom and jasmine coming through, which makes it feel a little more grown up and balanced. There’s also this slightly warm skin scent underneath that keeps it from smelling too sugary. The pistachio note is subtle but adds something creamy and interesting in the background.

On my skin it dries down into a soft musky sweetness with a little warmth from the amber. It’s one of those fragrances that sits close to the skin but people still notice when they’re near you.

If you like sweet fragrances but don’t want something that feels overly dessert-like, this one has a really nice balance. It’s sweet, soft, and a little playful without being overwhelming.

Nice balance of sweet and clean

I really like a fragrance that is balanced between sweet gourmand and clean fresh musk so this fits nicely. I think its definitely not as sweet as caramel swirl, more in the Skin Intense realm. It has this fruity powdery sweetness, not baby powder like powdered sugar, and with the effervescent musk its really pretty and would be great for spring. I think it’s also going to be good for layering!
