What is this evaporated ‘STUFF’

I knew I couldn’t get my usual Haagen Dazs marvellous ice cream, if I wanted to follow a regimen that would make me lose weight.
So, I spied this “Banana Peanut Butter Swirl Protein Ice Cream” at a well known, local exercise franchise . Once home, I opened the 500 ml cup and discovered that about 1/5 had evaporated. Not a good sign. Then I tried to pry some out of the cup, but it was now so concentrated that it was now only a ‘brick’ of inedible stuff.
The exercise club, after a complaint, even gave me another tub but alas, the same disturbing phenomenon had occurred, with the same results.
So now I have 2 inedible “”””Protein Ice Cream”””” tubs of inedible quality and basically unappetizing looks and texture.
Ask me if I’ll try it again or recommend it.
Don’t think so. BTW, the unnamed Exercise club is now liquidating the junk
