Lightweight, Effective Moisturizer

I had the opportunity to try COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream courtesy of ChickAdvisor. My skin tends to be on the drier side, so a good moisturizer is essential to my skincare routine, especially in winter. This product has a soft, fresh, lightly perfumed scent. It spread easily on my skin and felt very light. It absorbed quickly and made my skin feel hydrated instantly. I love that it is derived from 90% natural ingredients. This is certainly a product that I would consider purchasing in future.

Great moisture, but doesn't smell great

I like how light the product is on my face, even though it seems like a thicker cream. However the smell was not great, it seemed too chemical and not natural smelling. I don't think I would be buying this product in the future.

It was nice

I received this sample of new @covergirl Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream from free from @chickadvisor in exchange for my honest review.

I'm honestly a bit disappointed as usually the idea is to receive a full sized product so you can test it fully for a longer period of time and give an full honest review, but I guess beggers can't be choosers. I was excited to try this product because of the ingredients and the price point.

The product itself is light blue in colour and is a slightly thicker gel like moisturizer. It is silky, not sticky and applies evenly with a small amount of product. It absorbs completely and has a pleasant scent.

As the product was not large enough to adequately test for long term efficacy and benefits I cannot review it completely, but it left my skin feeling adequately hydrated and dewy in appearance without being greasy.

Nice Product but…

Product had nice texture, hydrated well and skin stayed hydrated but since the simple was only tiny and for one use it’s difficult to give a real review.

I can't comment on the long term effectiveness as the sample was very small.
Has a pleasant smell though. Skin did feel soft and smooth. Just wasn't enough sample product to give more.

Clean fresh skincare Covergirl

I received a sample of Covergirl clean and fresh skincare. It smells wonderful , not greasy and made my skin feel smooth. It hydrated for 72hrs and 90% naturally derived. It can be used on all skin types. I would recommend trying this fresh skincare.

Just like the inside of a cactus

Just as breaking a piece of aloe plant and rubbing it on your face would feel, the weightless water cream by cover-girl has the same feeling. There is a tackiness which eventually does go away but unless you’re putting the cream on at night before bed or just on your neck I find it hard to apply cosmetics on top of this feeling. It feels like it has not fully absorbed. And even thought it’s not heavy you feel the layer of cream.

Feels pretty nice

It feels like an okay cream, hard to review it with such a small sample size and one time use. The consistency is almost like a thinner Vaseline, but it glides on the face well.
